Hi! I'm Rachel Elliott-Potter and I'm a UX Designer.

I’m a Senior UX Designer with a passion for turning ideas, requirements and challenges into great multi-channel experiences. My passions lie in problem solving and creating great experiences for users, which also delivers results for the business.

I’ve been fortunate to work across a number of different industries, which has enabled me to develop a multitude of skills, techniques and methodologies across both UX Design, Service Design and UX Research.

I have a real enthusiasm and curiosity when it comes to uncovering the requirements of both the users and the business, whether this is through interrogating data and analytics or running workshops and focus groups. I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing those insights come to life through sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
